It's about how you miss your home, it's feels like if you are like 3000 miles away, feels like is forever.

!!!!!!!!

I read this:
''Plastic in our oceans might not present the immediate danger to humanity that toxic waste or fracking does, but the problem has officially reached terrifying proportions. An alarming new study released Wednesday reveals that the ocean is cluttered with 270,000 tons of plastic that is broken up to more than five trillion pieces.
And it's having a lethal effect on the world's oceans.''

I won't say anymore, we have to take the bulls by the horns to change this, and it has to be fast!

Let's read and watch a film!

'The Fault in Our Stars' Or TFIOS is one of the best books and films that I ever read or watch. It's about Hazel Grace and Augustus Water, two teenagers in love but with cancer. The story tells who the can pass the problems but, will they have a happy ending? Discover it!
(I liked more the book than the film, but just because I love books and if you want to know all the story, with more details, just read it. Don't be afraid of read a book, they have many things to tell us!)

*The main song that is in the film is ''All of the stars'' from Ed Sheeran, he has an amazing voice and the song is really really good*

Spooky story

London in the moonlight is something that many people have to see. But it changes when is the night of Halloween, every 31th of October.
One day, I was returning to my home (Okay, it was not a normal day, it was halloween) When I crossed a corner, in front of me appeared a new house. It was new in the neighborhood, I'm sure of it. The house looked old and in ruins, but I didn't mind and I continued walking. I was near my house when I heard a female scream, I took a look behind me but I only saw shadows and foggy. I walked faster but suddenly I heard another mysterious sound. That gave me the creeps. I heard steps and whispers. A cold wind surrounded me and I saw like a ghost. I took a look again to the house and I understood that it was haunted. I was nervous and I started running. Another shriek. And another. And another one...but it was louder.

I entered in a alley, sh*t. I was lost.
Someone said me ''you look as if you've seen a ghost'' but it was what I saw.

That's my story. what's yours?

New York or London, that's the question

I really love New York, but I really love London at the same time. But I have to choose only one so I'll choose the American one: New York.
I have chosen this because it's like a city of dreams. I mean, is a big city in which you'll find many things to buy and to do. There are many cultures and a lot of different religions, and you can learn many things.
I want to discover the rich part of the city and I want to see the famous neighborhood called ''The Bronx'' I want to eat in Chinatown and I'd like to be at the top of the Empire State holding a camera.
I would like to take a video about the thousands of people that daily go to the big apple and drink coffee in a Starbucks. I just want to discover why many people fall in love with New York. Because like Frank Sinatra said in his song called ''New York'': I wanna wake up in a city that doesn't sleep...

And that's what I want.

Volleyball

General warm up:
First of all you will run for one minute. In the race you can include some exercises like swimming.
Then you will stretch from bottom to top. This means that you will start from the ankles and you will end with the fingers.
The first step is to make circles with the ankles, 30 seconds per ankle. Then you continue up and stop the knees. You put them together and, as with the other exercise, you make circles. First to one side and then to the other side.
The third step is doing the same but with the waist and with the wrists. And then you move your fingers.

These are called articular movements.
In terms of muscular exercises, you will start stretching your calves. You put your foot behind the other.
Then you cross your legs and put one hand on your knee.
And you will continue by stretching  your arms and shoulders.
These ones are muscular streching and articular movements.

Then it’s the time for playing! (Specific warm up)
In pairs you will take a ball and start with the exercises. They consist of passing the ball doing the different types of hits, trying to combine different hits and not always doing the same hit. It will be perfect if, while you are doing this, you and your partner try to move along  the court. After 10-15 minutes doing this, you will make groups of 4 and, with a net, you will play two against two (remember that you must use the hits)
For the cool down, you will do the same as you did in the general warm up.

Mad about mobiles!

I did this comic because sometimes, when we are in the street (for instance) and we are surrounded by friends...suddenly we fall with our mobile phone in our hands and we are more worried about if this tool works or if it is broken than if we have any hurts.

Answer

I think that to have a constitution is very important for us and our country. Without it maybe we wouldn't know our rights or something like that. And we have to know where are the limits in the society and we cand do it with the laws.
It's important to understand how is the goverment or how it works...or something like this. http://www.constitucionespanola.com/descargas/constitucion-espanola-1987.pdf
